Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

2nd Shift Maintenance TechnicianWe're seeking a qualified candidate to fill the open position of 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician. This team-oriented role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and physical structures in an industrial environment. It also includes other cross-functional activities within the product flow.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Diagnose defective equipment, dismantle, remove and replace parts.Installs and repairs electrical components of structure and machines.Layout, assemble, install and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic piping.Adjusts functional parts of devices and controls for optimum performance.Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, etc, to make repair parts.Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.Perform additional duties as assigned per instructions of Supervisor.Qualifications / Training / Skill Requirements:Must know 3-phase electrical application and N.E.C, CNC Control experience.Technical theory analysis to determine failure mode.Complete personal set of industrial mechanical tools required.Must read and understand various electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.3 years experience in machine shop maintenance (successful trade school completion may substitute for experience).Full Time Evaluation Hire Position M-F 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm $17.00 / hour
