Bilingual Insurance Agency Assistant – Customer Service & Sales

Family First Insurance Alliance is looking for a friendly, dependable, and bilingual person to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to build a career in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails
• Assist customers in English and Spanish
• Help with policy questions, payments, ID cards, and policy changes
• Gather information for auto and home insurance quotes
• Follow up with customers and potential clients
• Keep customer information accurate and organized
• Support our insurance agents with daily office tasks
• Provide friendly and professional customer service

Qualifications

• Must speak English and Spanish
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Friendly, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Insurance experience or license is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow with our agency

Compensation and Benefits

• $15–$25 per hour, based on experience and licensing
