In this role, you'll provide life-changing equipment such as hospital beds, wheelchairs, oxygen systems, and mobility devices to patients in their homes and healthcare facilities.

• Deliver medical equipment safely and efficiently to homes, nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare locations throughout Western Pennsylvania
• Load, unload, and transport equipment using ramps, dollies, and other assistive equipment
• Assemble, install, and perform basic setup of hospital beds, wheelchairs, oxygen equipment, mobility devices, and other medical equipment
• Instruct patients, family members, and caregivers on safe equipment operation
• Troubleshoot common equipment issues and provide basic maintenance when necessary
• Complete delivery paperwork, service records, and daily route documentation accurately
• Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure safe operation
• Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor while interacting with patients and healthcare staff
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and teammates to ensure timely service
• Follow company policies, safety requirements, and healthcare regulations

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport equipment weighing up to 140 pounds with assistive equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and manage daily delivery routes
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately

• Previous delivery or route driving experience
• Warehouse, moving, installation, or logistics experience
• Mechanical, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or construction experience
• Experience assembling equipment or performing basic repairs
• Customer-facing experience
• Healthcare or durable medical equipment experience (helpful but not required)

This is a Permanent position based out of Jeannette, PA.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $60000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
