Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Whiteville, NC 28472
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr.
Job Description:
- Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives, e.g., a minimum call per day, contact percentage, promises/calls ratio, and promises kept.
- Determine the cause of delinquency and the best course of action to assist delinquent customers
- Ensure that all delinquent accounts and assigned queues have been thoroughly worked according to standardized collection procedures.
- Previous Bilingual customer service, collections, or sales experience is highly preferred.
