Carpenter Foreman

Grand Industrial is seeking a hands-on Industrial Construction Foreman to lead crews on industrial and commercial construction projects throughout Indiana and surrounding areas. This is a working leadership role. On smaller projects, you will work alongside your crew performing the work. On larger projects, you will focus on planning, scheduling, coordination, quality control, and crew leadership. Company vehicle provided for qualifying candidates. Responsibilities Lead industrial and commercial construction crews Manage and coordinate all divisions of construction, including Grand Industrial crews, subcontractors, and outside trades Oversee and coordinate project scopes including carpentry, concrete, civil, MEP, structural, finishes, and other construction disciplines Promote and enforce a strong safety culture Perform and oversee carpentry, concrete, doors, finishes, and general construction work Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and project resources Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings Work directly with Project Managers to coordinate trades, resolve field issues, and keep projects on schedule Maintain quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Complete daily reports, timesheets, and project documentation Qualifications Experience in industrial, commercial, or construction environments Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Crew Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record #J-18808-Ljbffr Grand Industrial
