Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Home Health RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with high-risk post-acute patient populations
• Strong wound care and IV/PICC line management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred

Schedule & Additional Information

• Schedule options may include Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday (Tuesday–Saturday preferred)
• Every other weekend requirement (flexible)
• Holiday coverage may be needed, including Thanksgiving and/or Christmas
• No call or standby requirement
• Floating limited to Home Health only
