• Where: Mooresville, NC (on-site)
• When: 2nd Shift, 1:45 PM–10:00 PM
• Compensation: $21.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Type: Full-time / Hourly

• Run assigned screw machines safely and efficiently to meet output goals.
• Check parts routinely—use the right gauges and measurement tools to verify specs.
• Troubleshoot intermediate machine issues and make adjustments to improve stability and throughput.
• Read blueprints tied to the operation and translate them into correct settings and checks.
• Complete production, quality, and other paperwork accurately.
• Keep the cell neat and inspection-ready using 5S principles.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality procedures at all times.

• 2–5 years’ experience in a comparable position (screw machining preferred).
• Comfort working independently and staying productive with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and verbal guidance.
• Strong basic math plus clear written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of gages and metrology tools for in-process checks.
• Demonstrated skill resolving more complex equipment concerns within the role’s scope.
• Well-rounded, practical understanding of screw machine operations and related production work.

Expect prolonged standing; repeated lifting up to 50 pounds; pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds; frequent bending and stooping; dexterous handling of small parts; and a loud manufacturing setting.
