Job Description:
Join a 16-week travel assignment as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse supporting a high-turnover GI/GU and surgical patient unit in St. Louis. You will care for patients with ostomies, colon and bladder conditions, colorectal procedures, and medical overflow needs. The role includes telemetry monitoring, blood product administration, central and peripheral line care, PICC management, phlebotomy, IV starts, feeding tubes, colostomies, PCAs, epidurals, and continuous bladder irrigation. Nurses should be comfortable with dysrhythmia interpretation, Epic documentation, and caring for patients receiving stable medication infusions. Every other weekend coverage is required, with no on-call responsibility.
