We also want every employee to be successful and happy in their work. Responsibilities The hourly Shift Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant. Directs the restaurant team and ensures compliance with company standards in all areas of daily operation. Leads food safety standards, training and motivating the restaurant team, and delivering great guest service. Leads guest relations, product preparation, inventory management, and the execution of cash policy. Ensures that the highest quality products and guest service are delivered to each guest, and performs other duties as required or assigned.
