Machine Shop Grinder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Grind and finish metal parts to meet quality standards.
• Remove weld spatter, slag, and sharp edges.
• Inspect parts for defects and accuracy.
• Operate grinders and hand tools safely.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Machine Shop Grinder Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, metal fabrication, or grinding experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand grinders, power tools, and other shop equipment
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
