Senior Food & Beverage Manager

The Senior F&B Manager is responsible for planning and directing all F&B operations while maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety and ensuring the efficient and profitable business performance and the optimal utilization of staff and resources. This role leads the team, manages financial performance, and upholds brand standards while fostering a positive work environment. Pay $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Essential Job Functions Manage the restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization Directly perform hands‑on work on an ongoing basis to train employees and respond to customer service needs Provide overall leadership, recognize and motivate members of the team Control day‑to‑day operations by scheduling labor, ordering supplies Control profit and loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate actions Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability Recruit, interview and hire staff and conduct performance appraisals Create a positive, motivated, and team‑oriented work environment Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts professionally Provide guests with accurate information regarding the restaurant and its operations Ensure excellent levels of customer service on all shifts and properly handle guest concerns to facilitate repeat business Respond to customer feedback, complaints, and special requests Maintain a strong presence on the floor during service Instill a culture of excellence and inspire confidence throughout the restaurant staff while displaying strong leadership skills Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner Communicate daily with Chef De Cuisine/ Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef in charge, providing current information on large parties of expected VIPs Interact with guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of the dining experience. React to any guest complaints and take any appropriate action Ensure compliance with local Health Department regulations for sanitation and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding food and alcoholic beverage service. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned. Nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Shifts can be 10+ hours Education College degree and/or equivalent work experience in Food & Beverage Required Experience Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience in fine dining operation Excellent knowledge of computer applications and POS system Knowledge of local health codes and sanitation laws Knowledge of inventory ordering system and POS system #J-18808-Ljbffr
