Retail Seasonal Store Associate, Fabletics (South Hills Village - Bethel Park, PA)

Position Overview Fabletics is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate for our store at South Hills Village in Bethel Park, PA. The role reports to the Store Manager and is expected to run for 3–4 months with the possibility of extension. The associate will help deliver a best‑in‑class retail shopping experience by connecting our online and in‑store customers through innovative technology and a team that empowers customers to live their passion. Responsibilities Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on the fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product. Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment, including store events, promotions, and community projects. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience. Maintain store merchandising guidelines so that the store is easy to shop and adds value to the purchase journey. Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business. Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Maintain safety and security standards, identify and communicate potential issues. Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10–30lbs). Perform physical duties such as standing, moving, reaching, grabbing for at least two consecutive hours; occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (preferred). Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners. Ability to work within large teams, multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated and a good communicator. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays; willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule. Aged 18years or older. Benefits 70% employee discount on Fabletics brands.
