Responsibilities Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings as needed. Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects. Ensure a clean and organized workspace for optimal productivity. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus. Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
