About the Role:

As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents. This will involve coordinating care delivery, ensuring that patients' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice, and staying up-to-date with physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines. You will also have direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for nursing assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing personnel to deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents

• Coordinate care delivery to ensure that patients' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice

• Stay up-to-date with physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines

• Provide direct care to residents as needed

• Supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery

• Maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in Nursing Home or LTC facility preferred

• $57 - $57.5 HOURLY salary
