Location Description: Petit Gourmet is your quick one-stop shop at any time during the day, with a vast selection of grab-and-go options. Enjoy a local cup of coffee from Dilworth Coffee with a scone in the morning. We partner with a local bakery and have many fresh pastry options. For lunch and dinner, pick up a sandwich, wrap, or salad. For the moments in between, try our hot and cold grabs or a signature cocktail. We also have a full bar and a full dining room for anyone with time to sit down and indulge in some of our many hand crafted made to order menu items. United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Cooks to join their Team at Petit Gourmet located inside of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport! Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and plate food according to recipes and standards. Maintain proper food safety practices, including temperature checks. Complete daily prep, restock stations, and follow cleaning checklists. Wash dishes, clean stations, and maintain an organized kitchen. Assist with deliveries and storage. Basic food knowledge including temps and safe handling.
