MRI Technologist (Radiology)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 36 Hours per Week | Rotating Shifts — Wednesday 6:30AM–3:00PM, Thursday/Friday 2:30PM–11:00PM, Saturday 6:30AM–7:00PM | Rotating holiday coverage required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures across both an outpatient site and a hospital site, with rotating coverage between the two locations
• Operate Siemens MRI scanner equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images
• Perform phlebotomy as required in support of imaging procedures
• Document and chart patient information accurately using EPIC EMR
• Float between units and sites as needed to support departmental staffing requirements
• Participate in rotating holiday coverage as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification (MRI)
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience
• Experience operating Siemens MRI scanners
• Phlebotomy skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and strong interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in both outpatient and inpatient/hospital MRI settings
• Experience with EPIC EMR charting system
