Job Description

LaborMAX Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a 2nd Shift position!

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined individual to assist with preventive maintenance on conveyor systems in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday
1:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

Assist with preventive maintenance on conveyor systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform mechanical repairs as needed.
Help minimize equipment downtime by identifying maintenance issues early.
Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Previous industrial maintenance or mechanical experience required.
Experience with conveyor systems is preferred.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an industrial environment.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must be able to pass a background check.
