Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities Review journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reporting packages Ensure the accuracy and integrity of balance sheet accounts and general ledger activity Lead account reconciliation processes and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner Partner with operational leaders to support financial reporting and business performance initiatives Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities Support annual audits and coordinate with external auditors Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes Assist with acquisition accounting, entity integrations, and other strategic growth initiatives Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and increased efficiency Mentor and support junior accounting team members as needed Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis requested by leadership Accounting Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Previous experience in a multi-entity, multi-location, healthcare services, consumer services, retail, or high-growth environment preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements Experience managing month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations Experience working with NetSuite Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with stakeholders across the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
