Human Resources Manager - Miami, FL

Our client, a globally recognized lifestyle organization with a strong retail and wholesale presence, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as a key people partner for its Miami-based team. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to support employee engagement, workplace compliance, talent development, and day-to-day HR operations while helping foster a positive and high-performing culture. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary HR resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on workplace matters and people-related initiatives Partner with leadership to address employee concerns, support performance discussions, and navigate sensitive personnel matters Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and employee development planning Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices while supporting compliance efforts Collaborate with recruiting partners and hiring managers to support staffing needs and onboarding activities Coordinate and facilitate training programs focused on leadership development, compliance, and employee growth Maintain employee records, reporting, and HR documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Support immigration-related processes, including H-1B and employment sponsorship administration Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, ideally within retail, fashion, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries Strong background managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations Experience supporting employment-based immigration processes, including H-1B sponsorships Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information with discretion HR certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Fourth Floor
