If your experience and qualifications align with our needs when a position becomes available, we will contact you directly.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnostics and Repairs: Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology, both in the shop and in the field.Workplace Safety: Perform tasks in accordance with all company safety policies and procedures.Documentation: Ensure complete and thorough documentation of diagnostics and repairs, and timely submission of information.Training: Participate in Service Training programs for skill and knowledge development.Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on John Deere and competitive products.Required QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required Service Repairs:Experience: Experience performing service repairs and consistently meeting performance metrics.Technical Expertise: Experience with repairs and maintenance using special tools and Technical Manual procedures, particularly on specialized machines.Mechanical Background: Ability to perform complex repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following technical manual procedures. Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in off-road, construction, or heavy equipment.Diagnostic Skills: Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment for diagnostics.Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills; experience with Service ADVISOR™ or similar diagnostic tools preferred.Team Collaboration: Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication.Toolset: Possession of toolset in alignment with the company's requirements of the role.
