- Architectural Leadership: Oversee the full-stack development lifecycle, ensuring 50/50 balance between high-quality frontend (React Native) and backend (Java/Spring Boot) initiatives.
- System Integration: Lead the partnership with product teams to design and implement complex integrations, specifically focusing on Salesforce SSO and third-party interfaces.
- Technical Mentorship: Drive code quality through peer reviews, mentoring junior/mid-level developers, and collaborating closely with QA to ensure seamless deployments.
- Product Partnership: Translate business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps, particularly within our eCommerce ecosystem.
Technical Must-Haves:
- Java Mastery: 5-7+ years of experience in custom Java development, with a proven track record of standing up enterprise-grade applications from scratch.
- Microservices Expert: Extensive experience architecting and maintaining microservices using Spring Boot .
- Mobile/Frontend Strategy: 1-3 years of hands-on experience with React Native for both mobile and web deployment.
- Full-Stack Agility: Ability to pivot seamlessly between backend logic and frontend UI/UX implementation.
- Salesforce Ecosystem: Experience writing interfaces for Salesforce or managing Salesforce integrations.
- eCommerce Background: Previous experience in high-volume eCommerce environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
