Aerospace Engineer (Mission Ops)

Our client seeking an Aerospace Engineer to support spacecraft operations, mission control systems, and flight activities throughout the full mission lifecycle. This person will help build procedures, automation tools, simulations, and support real-time spacecraft operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field 3-12 years of aerospace, satellite, spacecraft, research, or internship experience Basic understanding of spacecraft systems (GNC, Power, Thermal, etc.) Experience with Python and/or MATLAB Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Satellite or spacecraft experience Exposure to mission control or spacecraft command & control systems Experience with mission procedures, testing, simulations, or mission planning Responsibilities Support testing and validation of mission control and ground systems Develop and maintain operational procedures and automation scripts Build tools and dashboards used to monitor spacecraft performance Support mission simulations, training exercises, and operational readiness reviews Assist with real-time spacecraft operations, mission execution, and anomaly resolution Work closely with engineering and operations teams throughout mission planning, testing, and flight operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
