Salary $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 Responsibilities

• Own and operate a branded Triad Complete Healthcare clinic.
• Manage practice operations, staffing, and office needs.
• Provide clinical care to patients in a primary or specialty setting.
• Oversee clinical outcomes and maintain a pleasant, empathetic patient environment.

Administrative Support Full EMR system Credentialing Billing and coding Technical support Hiring assistance Employment contracts On-site training Malpractice coverage (including premiums) Hands‑on management assistance Back‑end support Qualifications and Education Requirements Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oklahoma Current BLS/CPR certification Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff and the public Good oral and written communication skills Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects, with a professional appearance and demeanor Required to maintain a high level of confidentiality Preferred Skills Excellent communication, listening, speaking and interpersonal skills Risk management – responsible use of income to operate the practice Clinical problem solving – diagnose based on interviews, exams, and lab results Critical thinking to evaluate treatment options and select the best outcome Compassion and empathy for patients and families Leadership – often manage RN and LPN staff #J-18808-Ljbffr Triad Complete Healthcare
