Position Details: Location:Sealy, TX Pay Rate:$16 per hour Shift 1:7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Shift 2:7:00 PM – 7:00 AM – hours differential Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and diagrams to accurately assemble parts and products. Safelyoperatehand tools, power tools, and machinery to efficiently assemble components. Conduct quality inspections on assembled parts, reporting any defects or discrepancies. Achieve daily production goals whilemaintaininghigh product quality. Assistin training new team members as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation adhering to company safety standards. Follow all safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions or incidentsimmediately. Performadditionalduties asassigned by supervisors to support production needs. Requirements: No experience required—ideal for entry-level candidates eager to learn and grow! Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, reaching overhead, and climbing. Ability to perform tasks involving repetitive movements associated with handling parts and tools Comfortable working near loud machinery, metal debris, and temperature variations. Capable of safely operating mechanical and hydraulic equipment. PPE including steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and hard hats must be worn at all times.
