Location: Hopkinton, MA Facility: Milford Regional Physician Group Specialty: Primary Care Schedule: Full Time

Qualifications:

• A Masters degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Eligible or current Massachusetts license, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable)
• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are required.
