Occasional Saturdays may be required.Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary/hourly wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $55,000-$65,000 per year. In this role, you'll spend time in the field reviewing work, auditing installation teams, and collaborating directly with clients to keep projects on track. This is a highly client-facing position where you'll build strong relationships, troubleshoot challenges in real time, and help deliver an exceptional service experience. Your leadership will be key in upholding CRST's commitment to safety, quality, and dependable service for our Whirlpool partner.What You'll DoInspect and verify installations to meet safety, manufacturer, and company standardsConduct workmanship and customer service audits; document and report findingsServe as the primary contact for site supervisors and clients on scheduling and readinessProvide coaching and feedback to installation teams based on audit resultsParticipate in daily reporting, dock meetings, and operations callsStep in as backup support for Operations or Warehouse leadership when neededWhat Great Looks LikeStrong communicator who can build relationships with clients and teamsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple prioritiesResilient and adaptable in dynamic field environmentsService-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfactionAble to solve problems and make decisions independently in the fieldQualifications RequiredHigh school diploma or GEDField-based experience in inspections, audits, or operations supportStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to lead through influence and coach othersPreferredA two-year degree or equivalent work experience with demonstrated successExperience in construction, installation, or logisticsFamiliarity with audit and compliance reporting processesWhy CRST?
