Job Overview Join ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers as a Prosthodontist Dental Assistant. You will be a critical member of the clinical team, supporting advanced implant procedures and providing patients with world‑class care. Job Type and Compensation Full‑time position Salary: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience and certification) What You’ll Do Work directly with the Prosthodontist to assist in advanced dental procedures, especially implant treatments. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, ensuring strict infection control standards. Provide chair‑side assistance during procedures, anticipate the dentist’s needs, and keep the treatment area clear and organized. Take dental x‑rays, process radiographs, and assist with radiographic imaging. Prepare materials for impressions and restorations. Educate patients on post‑operative care and general oral hygiene. Support the prosthetic team with inventory management, lab coordination, and record‑keeping. Perform office tasks such as scheduling appointments, receiving patients, maintaining records, and ordering supplies. Collaborate with other clinical staff, including oral surgeons, hygienists, and patient education consultants to ensure exceptional care. Assist in specialized areas such as oral surgery, periodontics, and prosthodontics. Skills and Experience Valid certifications meeting applicable state requirements. At least 2 years of experience in a dental assisting role. Prior experience with dental implants or prosthodontics is highly desirable. Strong manual dexterity and precision with dental instruments. Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and patient‑care skills. Comfortable with radiographic equipment and digital dental technology.
