Our projects often include travel with per diem, giving our team exposure to a variety of exciting job sites. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Perform general construction labor tasks on residential job sites, including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up Assist with excavation activities, trenching, and backfilling under the guidance of experienced crew members Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Load and unload materials and equipment as required Support equipment operators and foremen in day-to-day site activities Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to complete tasks efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Take direction and training with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Must have the ability to get chauffeur's license (not required at start) Qualifications 1 year of construction experience preferred, especially with excavation, but not required-willing to train the right candidates!
