Registered Nurse

Posting Date: 04/20/2026 Title: Registered Nurse DSD Location: 330 Libbey Industrial Pkwy, Ste 900, Weymouth, Massachusetts, 02189-3122, United States Schedule Full Time – Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday. Primary work schedule is 3 days a week with occasional Saturday work. No on call required. Responsibilities Take responsibility for the full, ongoing care of each patient to ensure dialysis treatment stays on track. Provide patient education; conduct impactful and meaningful education to patients and families in the SNF setting. Deliver direct patient care and demonstrate best practice dialysis techniques independently. Supervise Dialysis Technicians to meet capacity and efficiency goals of the program. Plan and execute patient care autonomously, applying critical thinking and nursing skills to assess, diagnose, and implement care plans. Coordinate care with SNF staff and collaborate across cross‑functional resources within the organization. Training & Education The training program combines a classroom curriculum with hands‑on learning through DaVita’s award‑winning training initiatives. Training will be conducted in a facility or training clinic with a cohort of new teammates. Hours during training may vary, typically ranging from 32‑40 hours per week. May be asked to support other local SNF locations. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice with a minimum of 12 months of RN experience. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing required; BSN, or a three‑year diploma from an accredited program may be substituted. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook. Nice‑to‑Haves Previous Chronic Hemodialysis, Acute Dialysis, and/or Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) nursing experience. Background in training, teaching, or healthcare education. Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN). Compensation The wage range for this role is $44.00–$61.00 per hour.
