About the Position

Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Med Surg/Telemetry/PCU License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - EPIC EMR/charting experience - At least 1 year of travel nursing experience - 1 year of level 1 adult trauma designated hospital experience or equivalent within the last 5 years - Experience with patient ratios of 1:4-6 Description: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, or PCU. Must have EPIC Electronic Medical Record and charting experience. Must have at least 1 year of travel nursing experience. Candidate should have 1 year of experience in a level 1 adult trauma designated hospital or equivalent within the last 5 years. Experience with typical patient ratios of 1:5-6 is required. The RN will be assigned to a vacancy that best fits their experience. The populations served include Medicine, Surgery, Cardiac, and Client. Position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week, typically consisting of 3 twelve-hour shifts. Every other weekend availability is expected. Floating to other equivalent units as needed will be required.
