Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to restore function, mobility, and independence. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes in a nurturing, dynamic environment. Responsibilities include patient and family education, accurate clinical documentation, participation in care conferences, and support of continuous quality improvement and professional development opportunities.
