Revenue Operations Analyst / Deal Desk Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) ConSol Partners is partnering with a high-growth technology company to identify a Deal Desk Specialist for a 6-month contract opportunity with strong potential for permanent conversion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business puzzles, reconciling data, and improving operational processes across Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations. What You'll Be Doing Reconcile contracts, quotes, bookings, and revenue-related data across multiple systems Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes Analyze manual processes and recommend improvements Support quote-to-cash and order-to-cash workflows Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Revenue teams Build reports and provide data-driven recommendations Document process gaps and opportunities for automation What We\'re Looking For Experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Pricing, or a related analytical function Strong Salesforce experience (CPQ experience highly preferred) Understanding of bookings, billings, contracts, and subscription-based business models Advanced Excel and reporting skills Strong attention to detail and investigative mindset Ability to work backward through data to understand how discrepancies occurred Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred Success in This Role The ideal candidate is naturally curious, analytical, and enjoys figuring out why numbers don\'t tie together. You\'ll be responsible for validating data, identifying process gaps, and providing recommendations that improve operational efficiency.
