• Assist with asbestos abatement projects when necessary, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

• Utilize carpet cleaning equipment and techniques to restore flooring to pre‑damage condition.

• Support construction activities such as minor repairs, drywall removal, or installation as needed during the restoration process.

Experience

• Prior experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred but not mandatory; on‑the‑job training will be provided.

• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement is a plus.

• Experience using hand tools and power tools for construction or repair work is advantageous.
