Assistant Controller

Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll. Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Help maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial data and support budgeting efforts. Participate in audits and assist with documentation and reporting. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required. 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial management. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Salary: $89,444 $91,447 depending on experience Note: This role is 100% onsite
