Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities Source, recruit, screen, and schedule interviews for top talent Coordinate with hiring managers on job descriptions, talent pipelines, and college partnerships Post job openings, utilize Predictive Index (PI) for candidate selection, and develop a strong talent pipeline through networking initiatives and employer branding Partner with employees and leaders on employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance Administer and coordinate PI assessments, conduct stay interviews and annual performance reviews and implement improvements for operational effectiveness Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations Process paperwork, maintain accurate personnel records, and update organizational charts Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing (as backup) Coordinate with staffing agencies and manage our internship program Support the creation and maintenance of company policies, as needed Implement HR projects and initiatives as directed by Head of Team Resources, including change management, engagement activities, and coaching leaders Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners Assist the HR team in coordinating company events and meetings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role SHRM-CP designation preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a get‑it‑done attitude Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to multi‑task, self‑direct, and prioritize tasks Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Thorough knowledge of employment‑related laws and regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
