- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of nursing staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care
- Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments
- Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards
- Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed
- Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility's continuous improvement efforts
