Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development, implementation, deployment, and ongoing management of consumer products, promotions, offers, and marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between business, marketing, operations, and technology teams, translating business objectives into actionable technical requirements. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives within the entertainment, media, telecommunications, video, or related consumer technology industries and is comfortable balancing strategic product leadership with hands‑on requirements development and program execution. Responsibilities Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate marketing and product strategies into executable technology solutions. Lead complex projects and initiatives spanning multiple business units, including Marketing, IT, Engineering, Sales Operations, Customer Care, and Legal. Manage the implementation and lifecycle of consumer products, promotions, offers, pricing changes, and related system capabilities. Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, features, user stories, workflows, and supporting documentation. Define and manage detailed product and offer attributes, configurations, rules, and business requirements. Facilitate requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, approvals, implementation, validation, and product launches. Partner with architecture and engineering teams to develop appropriate technical solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies, quarterly PI Planning, and related product planning activities. Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring delivery against established timelines, objectives, and financial goals. Identify project risks, evaluate alternatives, resolve roadblocks, and recommend solutions to stakeholders and leadership. Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, services, offers, and supporting technology. Provide regular status updates and presentations to leadership. Build strong relationships across business and technology organizations to drive successful product delivery and continuous improvement. Support ongoing product lifecycle management and enhancement of existing products and promotions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of IT, technical product management, product delivery, or related experience within the entertainment, media, video, telecommunications, broadband, wireless, or similar industry. Experience translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives involving IT, Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering, and other business teams. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, risk management, and decision‑making skills. Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities. Experience communicating effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and documentation skills. Experience working with customer ordering, billing, product configuration, promotional, or related enterprise systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to independently drive projects, meetings, requirements gathering, and stakeholder alignment. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the video, streaming, television, entertainment, broadband, or telecommunications industries. Experience with billing, ordering, product catalog, CRM, customer care, or front‑end ordering platforms. Experience working in an Agile environment using tools such as JIRA or JIRA Align. Experience participating in PI Planning or scaled Agile environments. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools.
