This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience who are passionate about project management and eager to drive improvements in supply chain performance, process efficiency, and operational alignment across complex, high-tech environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute supply chain projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignmentDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in collaboration with internal stakeholdersFacilitate regular project meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risks and issues to ensure successful deliveryPrepare and present project updates, dashboards, and post-mortem analyses to senior leadershipOperational Execution & SupportDrive initiatives focused on improving material flow, supplier performance, and production readiness across global fabs and packaging sitesSupport new product introductions by coordinating supply chain readiness activities and cross-functional alignmentAssist in process mapping and documentation to standardize workflows and reduce variabilityTechnology & Data IntegrationLeverage ERP/planning systems and analytics tools to monitor project KPIs and supply chain metricsCollaborate with IT and data teams to support digital transformation efforts, including system upgrades and automation projectsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure project goals align with operational prioritiesSupport S&OP and integrated business planning processes by providing timely project insights and scenario planning inputsCoordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to ensure supply chain processes meet technical and compliance requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field1–3 years of experience in supply chain operations or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environmentStrong project management skills, including familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approachesProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and data platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau)Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilitiesPreferred SkillsProject Management Professional (PMP) or similarExposure to semiconductor manufacturing processes or fab operationsExperience managing cross-functional projects in a matrixed organizationBasic understanding of inventory management, demand management, capacity planning, New Product Introductions, and supplier coordinationAnalog Devices is an equal opportunity employer. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
