You’ll:Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical developmentImplement individualized, play-based curriculumCollaborate with your teaching assistant to plan and deliver daily lessonsMaintain a clean, safe, and inviting classroomSupport gross motor development through daily activitiesBuild strong, professional relationships with families and staffRepresent Alliance Center for Education with pride and professionalismWhat You Bring:A passion for early childhood educationExperience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 yearsMinimum of CDA (or willingness to obtain within 1 year) for infant/toddler teachersStrong communication and computer skillsBilingual candidates encouraged to apply!Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and reliable transportationRequirements Before You Start:DCDEE Qualifying Letter (Background Check with Fingerprints)Official Education TranscriptCurrent Physical ExamPre-employment drug screening and ongoing random screeningsReady to make a difference every single day?
