You'll work closely with ownership and administrative leadership to ensure our clinical services remain ethical, collaborative, innovative, and aligned with our mission. Your work will include: Mentoring and supporting a talented team of clinicians Strengthening clinical quality and documentation standards Supporting onboarding, training, and professional development Promoting a collaborative consultation culture Partnering on practice growth and development of new clinical services Helping improve systems, workflows, and the client experience Supporting ethical practice, compliance, and risk management Building strong relationships across our clinical and administrative teams You'll also maintain your own clinical caseload, allowing you to remain connected to client care while leading from experience. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Is an independently licensed mental health clinician in North Carolina. Has several years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership ability. Naturally mentors and encourages others. Values collaboration more than hierarchy. Is highly organized while remaining flexible and approachable. Thrives in building systems without losing the human side of leadership. Believes that supporting clinicians ultimately improves client outcomes.
