Shift: 4x9 Evenings 12:30 - 22:00 Tuesday-Friday

Start Date: 6/22 or 6/29

Description: 1 Year experience required. Must be proficient with starting IVs. Certifications required are BLS and ARRT CT. Will accept first-time travelers. Travelers' primary residence must be 25 miles from the facility.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Years of Experience: 1
• Preferred Charting System Name: Epic
• Preferred LTAC Experience
• Preferred Trauma Level I Experience
• Preferred Trauma Level II Experience
• Certifications: ARRT R, BLS, ARRT (R)(CT)
• Skills: Abdomen without and/or with contrast, Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Aspirations, Biopsies, Brain perfusion, Cervical, Chest without and/or with contrast, Colonography or virtual Colonography, CT arthrography, Drainage, Emergency Department, Head without and/or with contrast, Level I Trauma, Lumbar, Musculoskeletal trauma, Myelography, PACS, Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Starting Peripheral IVs, Thoracic, Toshiba, Vascular CTA, Canon

Travel Compliance:

• Locals are not accepted
• Perm staff must be gone for 9 months before returning as a traveler
• RTO 7 days max. No RTO within the first 2 weeks
• All RTO due at submission
• Holiday work required, as needed
• CNA License: MN license in-hand required
• RN/LPN License: MN license in-hand or proof of application required
• Medical/Religious exemption form required with submittal
• Travelers are required to go to the lab within 48 hours of signing
• Livescan Fingerprinting: Must complete within 48 hours of signing
• All travelers MUST complete fingerprinting in person in MN on the Monday prior to their Monday start
