General Maintenance Assistant

Maintenance AssistantThis is a full time position with a reputable company. We offer competitive wages with excellent benefits.Reports directly to the Maintenance Director on site.The Maintenance Assistant position will be in a skilled nursing setting and is responsible for assisting Director with daily general and preventative maintenance, maintaining grounds, completing daily maintenance logs, and customer service.Help maintain well-organized and properly stocked maintenance shop while adhering to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.Occasionally pick up parts needed for general maintenance.Active drivers license and current auto insurance required.Salary: $18.86 per hour to start DOEBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayParticipate in on-call emergency when needed.Some weekends requiredWork Location: In personRequirements:Must be able to pass a background check, reference checks, back screen, physical & TB.This position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, twisting, kneeling, crouching, bending.Must be able to lift 50lbs.Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement.Previous experience required.
