Senior Business Analyst - Banking experience

Job Description

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

The Business Analyst - will be a liaison between technology, operations, and various business units to lead and facilitate the creation and specification of business requirements regarding banking business solutions and/or enhancements to existing business processes and solutions. Need to be an end to end BA -starting with requirements through testing. High level of experience with UAT.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years - Senior Business Analyst Experience, banking experience highly desired.
• end to end business analyst expert - requirements gathering thru testing
• Work with our Client business users / analysts to produce business and functional requirements that will be implemented internally or offshore
• Assist project manager and team lead in explaining to the client why some tasks are required to be done and why it takes estimated time
• Communicate and translate required business process capabilities and outcomes effectively between business process areas and supporting departments
• Working with functional leads to create Business requirements and develop requirements and specifications
• Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills and customer service orientation combined with ability to communicate effectively across business lines at all levels.
• Strong research, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet concurrent deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, and analytical reasoning skills to understand end user's requirements and transform into operational application and technical alternatives.
• Extensive experience developing and implementing cross-organizational business process flows, creating test plans and scripts to document complex business processes.

The base range for this contract position is $70-$100 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
