Senior Business Development Representative

To drive new client development and acquisition, the full-time Senior Business Development Representative will manage outbound prospecting strategies, qualify inbound leads, and execute multi-touch nurture campaigns while collaborating closely with Account Executives in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Own and drive new business pipeline for Account Executives through strategic outbound prospecting Manage and qualify inbound leads, prioritizing high-value opportunities based on judgment Lead cold calling efforts to engage senior decision-makers and advance net new pipeline Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field with a consistent track record of quota attainment Deep experience with account planning, prospecting, and cold calling, including engagement with C-suite and VP-level contacts Strong CRM hygiene and proficiency with Salesforce/CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred Demonstrated history of exceeding sales metrics and year-over-year quota attainment Experience in FinTech, financial services, or B2B SaaS strongly preferred
