Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being.
• Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate daily nursing activities.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
• Care plan development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Current and valid Pennsylvania state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Strong ability to perform physical tasks typically associated with nursing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Great customer service, and communication.
