Join the team at Tom Wood Audi of Indianapolis as an Audi Sales Associate , where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within the Indianapolis, IN area. This position offers the opportunity to work with a prestigious automotive brand, connecting customers with the perfect vehicle to fit their lifestyle and needs. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the purchase process of Audi vehicles. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Audi lineup, features, pricing, and incentives. Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Assist customers with financing, vehicle options, and trade-ins as needed. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors’ offerings. Attend training sessions and product launches to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or related customer service roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Proficient with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
