Apartment Make-Ready Technician
We are seeking an experienced Apartment Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant units for new residents. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced apartment community.
Responsibilities:
- Complete unit turns and prepare apartments for move-in
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry repairs
- Complete painting, touch-ups, caulking, and fixture replacements
- Install or repair appliances, blinds, hardware, and other unit items
- Inspect completed units to ensure they meet property standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist the maintenance team with work orders as needed
Requirements:
- Previous apartment make-ready or maintenance experience required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and a professional attitude
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Start Date: Immediate openings available
