House Supervisor Opportunity

HSHS St. Francis Hospital is seeking a House Supervisor to join our team! Ideal candidates believe in our mission, are dedicated to safety, and enjoy teaching/mentoring others. Provides shift coordination across departments within the nursing division to promote continuity of patient care by assuring compliance with medical and nursing orders, coordinating patient placement, monitoring nursing activities and channeling selected information. Addresses issues outside of nursing, as needed, to ensure patient, staff and visitor concerns are resolved.

Position Specifics:

• Experience in critical care and/or emergency medicine required. Charge Nurse experience preferred, but not required. Will be the point of contact for issues that arise when leadership is not onsite. Must be a team builder, believe in our mission, are dedicated to safety, and enjoy teaching/mentoring others.
• Schedule: Full-Time Midnight Shift with every other weekend rotation. Example - work Fri/Sat/Sun and off Mon/Tues. Work Wed/Thurs and off Fri/Sat/Sun. Repeat
• Facility: St. Francis Hospital
• Location: Litchfield, IL
• Compensation that aligns with experience. Shift differentials for night, weekend, and call on top of base rate!

Education Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• 1 year Nursing experience is required.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• ACLS, NRP, and PALS required as per local affiliate guidelines.

Pay Range: $35.92 - $53.88

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
