Quick Lane Service Advisor
Johnson Brothers Ford is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we'd like to meet you.
As a Quick Lane Service Advisor, you'll help customers maintain their vehicles by identifying service needs, recommending appropriate maintenance, and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers professionally and provide a welcoming service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests.
- Review vehicle maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Explain recommended services, estimated costs, and obtain customer authorization.
- Monitor service progress and keep customers informed.
- Build customer relationships through honest recommendations, effective communication, and dependable follow-through.
- Work closely with technicians and team members to maintain an efficient service operation.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Confidence discussing service recommendations and identifying sales opportunities.
- Strong automotive knowledge or previous automotive-related experience.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
