Patient Account Analyst

Job TitleResponsible for retail sales, assisting patients with supply refills, order intake, data entry, answering phones, coordinating deliveries, and insurance verification. Must be self-directed, able to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, and have excellent interpersonal / customer service skills.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.Training and Experience: Experience in durable medical equipment preferred but not required.Job Knowledge: Candidate must be proficient in data entry, counter sales and dealing with public.Safety Sensitive: NO In the interest of protecting the health and safety of all patients, associates, and guests, Unity Health has classified some positions as "safety sensitive."
